The Kramer Wire Splint is designed to immobilise the injured body part and protects it from further injury. The Kramer Wire Splint is an extremely pliable multi-purpose splint and is built from a thin core of aluminium wire mesh, sandwiched between two layers of closed cell foam and enclosed in a PVC material that makes it long-lasting.
