A Spider Harness is used to immobilise a casualty with severe injuries while being transported on a spine board or stretcher. The harness one-piece is easily threaded through the spine board and secured around the patient’s torso and limbs using high-strength Velcro.
This is the most reasonably priced spider harness but does not compromise on quality.
